In Development
While "Seeing Someone" is our primary focus, we're also working on some new ideas we're very excited about - some of which we've written about below. Their development ranges from completed scripts to early concepts. Read about them below and if any stick out to you as films you'd be interested in staying posted on, why not join our mailing list to keep in touch as new updates arrive!

What Stares Back
HORROR | 15mins
"The frightening notion of the "uncanny valley" is what it implies... That at some point, we had reason to fear things that looked human... but weren't."
A man drives his car along an endless forest road in the middle of the night. He's lost, his car is almost empty. When he finally stops, he looks to the side of the road, and sees something very unexpected. A little girl. Staring at him.
He offers to help her, but something's wrong. This girl doesn't seem normal. And as his feeling of unease grows, he begins to question if this little girl is what she seems. If she's even human...
Inspired by the urban legend of the "Black-Eyed Children", popularized by the UFO and paranormal communities.

Deafening
HORROR | 15mins
A secluded young woman, ignorant of world events, walks outside to realise the people around her have gone silent, and are not what they seem...
If you've ever seen "Invasion of the Body-Snatchers", you'll appreciate the slow, creeping paranoia that makes that film so haunting. The slow replacement of human beings by alien replicants, until they begin to outnumber us.
Our thought for this story was simple - what if you were one of the last people to realise what was happening? What if all of a sudden, everyone was a threat?
This film is a simple horror story, building on themes of isolation, ignorance, and paranoia, meant to chill us with the eerie warning signs before startling us with the shocking finale - not unlike the film that inspired it.

The Walls
THRILLER | 15mins
A squatter watches a family in secret, hiding away in hidden areas around a large, suburban home, only sneaking out when they're gone. Until one day, he's discovered.
Inspired by films like "Parasite" and true stories of "squatters" living in other peoples' homes in secret for months or even years at a time, our idea is to develop a short thriller from the perspective of one of these people - showing their daily struggle trying to carve out an existence in the homes of others, living in constant fear of being discovered and what action that might force them to take.

Sandman
SCI-FI, DRAMA | 25mins
A scientist attempts to resurrect his wife using an advanced technology that recreates consciousness in a virtual afterlife, but the recreation has a mind of its own.
Partly inspired by the Black Mirror episode "San Juniparo", this concept explores grief, memory, and the afterlife through the lens of ever-advancing technology. The question is, can technology ever perfectly replicate a person?
